If your employee turnover rate is high, take a look at your inclusion policies. 🤔 🙋🙋♂️🙋♀️ Especially if your team is majority Gen Z or Millennial. But it’s a core value that a lot of those generations value in business culture. They want to work for conscious, inclusive businesses. 👏 📈 Boost your retention rates. 🤝 Attract top talent. ✅ Create lasting, positive culture that benefits your employees and business productivity overall. Are your policies working in practice? Do they address the individual needs of your team? How do your team feel about the culture of your business? ☝️ What other questions would you add to this list? #Inclusion #Hiring #DEI #NeurodiversityatWork

“Diversity is being invited to the party; inclusion is being asked to dance” Diversity and Inclusion are two concepts that often go hand-in-hand, but they have distinct meanings. Employees from diverse backgrounds often conceal their true selves at work due to fear of repercussions. This concealment makes it challenging to understand their needs and increases their risk of leaving. To foster inclusion, it's crucial to know employees' genuine identities. While many companies use engagement surveys, they frequently overlook segmenting this data by demographics, missing critical insights. Focus groups, ideally led by an unbiased third party, can provide deeper understanding. Additionally, open and genuine one-on-one conversations with managers are highly effective in learning about employees' concerns and aspirations. #inclusion #diversity #culture
