Lead the development of the sales forecast by product, with must come from sales force of each business unit. Monitor and ensure with the different headquarters the different monthly adjustments of said sales estimates. Ensure Marketing in the sales channel to improve product rotation, promoting and increasing sales through the planning and coordination of events and promotions. Develop the merchandising plan and carry out actions to improve traffic in the PDV. Create harmony and synergy between the brand strategy and the channel. Create a positive environment for the brand to develop a benefit for the channel. Profitability evaluation of promotional actions.
