Here is the analysis I carried out on the Human resources dataset of one of the companies in the United States and the insights uncovered. At the time this analysis was made, the total salary in this company was $21M, while the average salary was $69K. The total number of special projects was 379. The highest number of employees working in this company were from the Production department. Another thing I would like to talk about is the rate of absenteeism among the employees, in which the married ones have the highest of 1355, the singles were 1339, while the widows have the lowest rate of 87. Moreover, from the employees’ race description, this company hired more white candidates in a total of 187, where 183 of them were US citizens, 1 of them was non-citizen and 3 of them were eligible non-citizens, while the least race hired was Hispanic, which was just 1. My recommendations are; 1. Organizations should consider their employees' marital status, and the challenges each group might be facing, and therefore implement strategies to support their well-being, to reduce the rate of absenteeism across the board. 2. To promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, there should be an implementation of bias training, as this will enable recruiters to hire from different backgrounds which will finally result in inclusivity in the workplace. Thanks to Innovations by Enando, AONDOWASE ABELE, for your support. #tableau #dashboard #dataanalyst #visualizations #humanresources #analysis

I've been having some intriguing conversations with data managers lately, and one common theme keeps popping up: candidates are increasingly outpricing themselves for roles! 💸 Location Matters 🗺️: Remember, where you work matters. Salaries vary significantly based on your location. A data scientist in London will likely earn more than their counterpart in a smaller town. Experience Counts 📈: Like a fine wine, your salary tends to get better with age (or, in this case, experience). The more you've worked in the field, the higher you can negotiate. Your expertise is a valuable asset! Education and Skills 📚🛠️: Your qualifications and skillset matter too. A master's degree or a Ph.D. can open doors to higher-paying positions. Specialized skills in tools like Python, R, SQL, and big data technologies can also give you an edge. Perks and Benefits 🎁: Keep an eye on the perks and benefits offered by the employer. Stock options, flexible hours, remote work, and health packages can all sweeten the deal. And speaking of salaries, that's exactly why MBN Solutions has created the Salary Survey! 📋✨ We understand the importance of keeping data professionals informed about salary trends and industry benchmarks. So, if you want to stay ahead in the salary game and ensure you're not outpricing yourself for that dream role, be sure to check out the MBN Salary Survey—it's your roadmap to better compensation in the world of data! 🚀💡 #data #datasalaries #datajobs #bigdata #MBNSalarySurvey
