🚨 New publication - Exploring the similarities and differences of burn registers globally: Results from a data dictionary comparison study 🚨 We investigated the similarities and differences of 13 international burn registers, categorising over 2500 variables into six themes. 🌏 The paper includes examples of how variables from different registers can be harmonised (or mapped) to allow for comparison between different data sources. 🗺 Thanks to Emily Bebbington and all of the collaborators for their great work on this paper. You can read the full paper (no paywall) here: https://lnkd.in/g7fEPdje. #research #openaccess #burns

Try installing Developer edition on your laptop or desktop (Windows or Linux) assuming you have admin permissions to do so. That will also install SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio). You can use it to restore any number of tutorial databases and run your queries. I would run estimated execution plans if there is concern about scale (as you won't have the same number of rows in your test system compared to the enterprise DB/DW) P.S. This was in response to a participant's comments in a group saying he didn't have access to the database/data warehouse
