what is wholesale? Wholesale refers to the sale of goods or products in large quantities, often at lower prices per unit than retail. Businesses engaged in wholesale typically sell to retailers, other businesses, or institutions rather than directly to individual consumers. It's a way for manufacturers and distributors to distribute goods in bulk to reach a broader market.

The retailer businesses then put the products in their retail stores with a markup. That markup is where their profit comes from. That price is known as the retail price.

🚫 Beware of Daisy Chain Wholesale Deals in Real Estate A daisy chain wholesale deal is when multiple wholesalers are involved in the transaction between the original seller and the ultimate buyer. This makes it difficult to determine who really controls the deal. Once two or more wholesalers are involved in a deal, the lender starts to wonder if the seller knows all of the facts around the value of their property. Single-wholesale transactions are always preferred. #realestateinvesting -------------------- 🎥 I’m giving away a free course — How We Flipped a House for $33K in 85 Days! Cox: Used-vehicle wholesale prices fall 8.9% in June from a year ago. Wholesale prices declined at a stronger pace than normal for much of the last two months, said Jeremy Robb, senior director of economics and industry insights at Cox Automotive. "However, even though much of the industry was feeling the retail sales disruptions caused by the CDK outages in the latter part of the month, Manheim started to see wholesale price declines decelerate, ending the month at a seasonally normal pace," Robb said in a statement. On a nonadjusted basis, prices declined 2.2 percent in June from May and were down 10 percent year over year. Since September 2022, Cox has recorded 22 straight months of negative year-over-year declines. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/gKgyJXcz
