We're a couple of weeks into 2024, and the news year's resolution excitement has likely already worn off.
Whenever we set goals, it starts with a desire to change something. Next, it takes intentional habits to move toward accomplishing the goal we set out to achieve. One of the BEST ways to make habits stick is to track your behavior. Did you take a positive action today or not?
Many (including myself) often want to attach a story to why we didn't take a positive action. "Well, the kids were sick, and this happened, and that happened, and it just would have been impossible..."
But, in habit tracking, there is only room for a "Y" or "N" and no room for a story!
Documenting a workers' compensation injury is exactly the opposite. We want to know the story behind the event. What happened, why did it happen, and how can we prevent this from happening in the future.
