It could be anything from a refrigerator, mattress, clothing or even a car. We’d walk in, shake somebodies hand. The salesperson would show us the different models We’d talk price. Get frustrated, walk out the door... next location. But now, people buy cars online and pick the car up at a vending machine. Because of the internet, people prefer to do their own research, and they shop for business or consumer solutions like this ... We SKIM a few words on the top of the page... SKIP down the page... SKIM a little more... Go back up to the top, quickly look around... Get frustrated… And the BOUNCE.
