THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2024 was an astounding triumph, breaking attendance records and exceeding all expectations! With 85,850 visitors from 131 countries/regions, we witnessed a significant leap from last year’s 78,764. Even more impressive, we saw a 22% surge in international visitors! The global allure of THAIFEX – Anuga Asia was evident this year from 3,133 exhibitors from 52 countries/regions showcasing the latest innovations in the F&B industry. Outstandingly, 2,034 of these exhibitors were international, and with international pavilions expanding their presence, the total international exhibition space saw a notable 12% increase from last year!

Here is an overview of it all! VICENZAORO January 2024 Highlights - Attendance Increase: +3% more than 2023, marking the 70th anniversary. Visitors came from 141 countries, with the US, Turkey, and Spain leading the attendance. - Exhibiting Brands: Over 1,300 brands showcased. - Technological Showcase: T.Gold is the leading showcase for top products in the supply chain. The first edition of “The Vicenza Symposium” is planned for 2025. - Watchmaking Segment: Consolidated with TIME for B2B; VO Vintage visitors up by 13%. - Educational Engagement: Over 490 students participated in 20 events under the city’s VIOFF program. - Infrastructure Investment: Construction will begin on a new 22,000-square-metre hall, an investment of around 60 million euros. I want to celebrate this International #Women's Day by sharing a picture of my extraordinary colleagues. They are strong, beautiful, courageous, and above all, they fight everyday to make a difference. In today's world, far too many women are underestimated. Often, they are deprived of rights and access to education. 📌 Data from 68 countries indicates that a woman's #education is a critical determinant of a child's survival. 📌 Children of mothers with no education in the Latin American and Caribbean region are 3.1 times more likely to die than those with mothers who have secondary or tertiary education, and 1.6 times more likely to die than those whose mothers have primary-level education. (source: UN WOMEN - https://lnkd.in/dMK8ry4U) I hope that there will be more women like my colleagues in the world.  And more people and companies supporting their growth. Because a world where women cannot thrive is a poor world - in every sense.
