Yesterday marked the end of the first 4 sessions of Accelerate our Global Leadership Development Program. Over 200 employees from around IQEQ have been learning about their leadership style and how to maximise their impact. This Module cumulated in a virtual leadership challenge and the facilitation team and I were really impressed with the growth and development we observed in the delegates.
