WOW Men or WOMEN?

Women has been into business since decades but still countries need to launch different campaigns to promote entrepreneurship among women. Still seeing a successful women in business becomes a big news. Still lot of empowerment campaigns are conducted just to motivate women to work for themselves. Although women has been working from their home since early ages. Making breads, weaving, stitching, ready made food,flower selling, jewelry designing, dress designing, making mats, carpet, making juggery, furniture, make up, local drinks, agriculture, making sculptures, running art schools including music and dance etc.etc. These are the common one just known to me. I know there must be a lot. May be a little research can bring lot many such activities. Women has been good in business, manufacturing, selling, networking etc all so called skills required to be a business woman.Well in that era where we believe women were not that empowered or exposed to the world of education and business still they managed to be the pioneer of lot many businesses.Then why the women today need to think of any obstacle on heir way? Whether it be finances, male dominated society, restrictions or responsibilities of family etc etc. All this cannot be an enough good excuse which can stop them from being successful entrepreneurs. The only thing we need to do is revive history, believe history and repeat history. We need to trust our self and understand our potential. We need to realize that those women and these women are no different.We are some where designed alike. There are so many things which has been happening since early ages and we still believe that it's better the same way it used to happen. Like woman going to man's house after marriage, like women cooking in the kitchen, like women taking care of babies etc.  Where we have already seen some examples in recent time where men can do the same things but still concepts have not changed because I sometimes feel that men respect history more than us or may be they trust history more than us. And they have been successful in keeping lot of things the way it was creating a favorable condition for themselves everywhere including home and work. So it's time to begin what's already begun.

Still from the upper class and lower class families (here class is just used to describe financial situation) we can see lot of entrepreneur women doing different kind of business. I think women from the middle class families need to wake up and try their best to gather their courage and defeat their fear of risk, fear of falling and also fear of rising. They need to face the heights though they were not born in it and they need to face the ground as well where they were not born again. It has been observed women with very poor background or very well off background has more risk taking abilities than the women from mediocor background. May be because hey were not born in conditions were they were neither money deficient nor excess. They fulfilled their needs and customized their wants. But these ladies from the middle class families might be surprised to know that this quality can help these women grow as a business woman, maintain stability, take calculated risks and do wonders in their particular fields.

So my best wishes are with all the women out their who are born leaders, born entrepreneurs and born achievers. You just need to start what has been started.
