Feeling all the aches and pains from too much time spent sitting down at a desk or behind the wheel? Your mobility might be a problem. Men's Health Advisory Board Member Dan Giordano, a licensed physical therapist and C.S.C.S., created the new Daily Mobility program exclusively on All Out Studio, which can help to increase blood flow, circulation, and even temporarily improve your range of motion for your workouts.

You want to feel your best before you get up and moving to exercise. But if you've been stuck with your butt in a seat all day, your body might be tight in all the wrong ways—so you'll need to do something to break through the stiffness to promote mobility.

One path to better movement for your workouts is to make sure that you dedicate some time to a warmup before throwing yourself into your exercises. Making these movements as dynamic as possible can be a key to peak performance, but you might not even be ready for that.

Consider starting with this versatile session from the All Out Studio Daily Mobility series before (and even after) you do anything else. "We can use this as a segment prior to your warmup, or after as a cool down as well," says creator Dan Giordano, P.T., D.P.T., C.S.C.S. "What this is going to do is increase your blood flow, increase circulation, and temporarily increase your range of motion."

Take just under 15 minutes to get your lower body feeling great before your next workout—or give the series a try as a standalone session to boost your mobility. No matter when you do it, you'll be giving your body an opportunity to move better.
