NAM Ranked the #1 ADR Provider by the New York Law Journal for the 13th Consecutive Year

NEW YORK, NY – September 18, 2023 – For the thirteenth consecutive year, NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) has been ranked as the #1 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Provider in the 2023 New York Law Journal “Best Of” survey.

NAM's exceptional mediators and arbitrators once again dominated the individual categories — with Susan Hernandez, Esq. taking first place in the Individual Mediator category, and Hon. Elizabeth Bonina (Ret.) placing first in the Individual Arbitrator category. 

In total, seven NAM mediators and six NAM arbitrators ranked in the top 10 in their respective categories.

New York Law Journal's ‘Best Of' survey is conducted annually. The ballot is provided for review roughly 4-6 weeks before voting opens. Voting is open for four weeks and is open to attorneys, in-house attorneys, judges and law firm/legal department administrators.
