Police identify man struck and killed in Richmond
A woman was also truck while walking on Snead Road.

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Police are investigating after a car struck two pedestrians in Richmond early Saturday.
Authorities were called to the 4900 block of Snead Road just before 2:30 a.m. July 6.
Upon arrival, officers found a man and woman who had been hit by a car while walking in the roadway.
The man - identified Monday as Rashik Cousins, 31 - was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
