NumbersUSA exists entirely from the generosity of our donors. When you give to NumbersUSA your contributions are fueling our capacity to proudly be and remain the #1 grassroots national organization fighting every day for immigration policy that serves the nation’s citizens, workers and the conservation and protection of the wildlife and natural environment within our borders. Thank you for helping us help you preserve, protect and defend all that we love about these United States of America!
DonateNumbersUSA Action (501c4) non-tax-deductible
Support for the Action fund ensures our continued ability to provide voters: Immigration Grade Cards, Candidate Comparisons, and the website messaging system to Congress referred to as the "Action Board." This fund also covers efforts by our Federal and State teams to build, maintain, and leverage NumbersUSA's relationship with members of Congress and state legislators to increase support in favor of policies and legislation that alignment with our mission. This fund does NOT support the endorsement or financing of candidates or their campaigns. We recommend choosing this fund for any donation type where taxation costs are not a concern such as Will and Estate plans that designate NumbersUSA as a beneficiary, or for those who do not itemize on their tax returns for one-time or recurring monthly donations.
NumbersUSA Education & Research Foundation (501c3) tax-deductible
NumbersUSA Education and Research Foundation supports Federal and State legislative analysis and advocacy, audio-visual and printed and digital publications, as well as, educational resources such as our Sprawl Studies, public presentations, and our work with the mass media. If you itemize deductions on your tax returns, including donations made through planned giving vehicles such as donor-advised funds, qualified minimum distributions from a retirement account, a charitable gift annuity or trust, then NumbersUSA Education and Research Foundation is an appropriate fund for directing these donation types.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds: We want our donors to be happy with your donations to NumbersUSA. Donations for which a receipt is presented will be refunded upon request within six months from the date of the transaction as indicated in our records and on the donor’s receipt which must be presented before the refund can be issued.
Chargebacks: NumbersUSA asks that donors requesting a refund to their credit card first contact us so that we can issue a refund. Chargebacks initiated with a donor’s credit card is very costly in additional fees to NumberUSA. Your help in helping us avoid chargeback fees to receive a refund is most appreciated.
