Police arrested a man for shooting a resident of Brooklyn’s Albany Houses in the head repeatedly during a clash at the NYCHA housing complex shortly after midnight Friday, cops said.

Usamah Sidberry, 37, was charged with 2nd-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon for the shooting death of 21-year-old Dyseem Jackson, police said.

Cops responding to a report of an assault in progress at NYCHA’s Albany Houses in Crown Heights at 12:15 a.m. found Jackson sprawled out on the ground, suffering from multiple bullet wounds to the head.

He died at the scene, cops said.

The shooting took place outside a Bergen St. apartment building at the NYCHA complex, cops said.

A man dressed all in black and sporting a gold chain was seen fleeing the scene after the shooting.

Jackson lived at the Albany Houses, but on the other side of the complex, cops said. A motive for the shooting was not immediately disclosed.

Before the arrest, cops scoured the area looking for surveillance video that could help them identify the shooter.
