Ingredients 

2 cups Milk powder 
1/2 cup Plain Flour
3 tbsp Semolina
1 tsp Baking soda
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 tbsp Ghee

For the sugar syrup 
3 cups Sugar 
3 cups Water
4 to 5 Crushed cardamom 
1 tbsp Rose water 
Few strands of saffron

1 or 2 tbsp oil to 2 1/2 cup oil
