Doctor Who fans have slammed the BBC have a huge change to the sci-fi show was announced ahead of it's much anticipated news series.

The Coronation Street actress will appear as Ruby Sunday in the BBC series, with Ncuti Gatwa joining her as the Fifteenth Doctor at the end of 2023.
