The bond between an Aes Sedai and a Warder was mutually beneficial. An Aes Sedai gained a bodyguard, confidant and an ally who is intrinsically linked to her and can be compelled, to a certain extent, through the bond. The Warder gained greater stamina and physical prowess, the ability to sense shadowspawn at a distance, and greater resistance to injury. Most Aes Sedai bonded one Warder, but the Green Ajah allowed the bonding of multiple Warders. Jason Chan, Wheel Of Time Books, Wheel Of Time, Love Warriors, Fantasy Couples, Fantasy Fiction, Time Art, Fantasy Novels, High Fantasy
