I thought about doing this when I picked up my truck, but not sure I'll keep it past 4 years. You never know. So I skipped it. The dealer recommended it through Zurich. Yes, if you sell it, they refund you a prorated amount, but you lose money.

 

We did it. 7/75 or thereabouts. Can’t recall the deductible or pricing by there was quite a range.

Yes i have extended warranty just for piece of mind (and pocket 😁) it all depends on who /what the insurer is to whether you get a good contract and deal...can't see you'll have too much of a problem. You can get ext warranty at any time in the vehicles life too.

 

For everyone who got it, what did you pay? I know there’s a TON of room in these quotes so trying to figure out what a fair price might be

 

I paid $5700 for a 7 year/100,000 Land Rover Protection Plan. $1,000 deductible. I know it wasn't a bargain but they sold me the car at MSRP and it had 3D sound and pixel headlights so I let them make some money on this. Didn't try to negotiate. Figured if I had one major repair to the BMW V8, I'd be ahead. I had it on my 2014 Range Rover supercharged and didn't use it once.

 

And you’re sure that was 7y for 5700?? I was quoted 10k lol!! This is why I’m asking ….
