Exciting New Online Courses from Reagan Education

Reagan Education is delighted to introduce two compelling new online courses designed to enrich students' understanding of pivotal historical events and documents: "June 6: D-Day" and "Charters of Freedom." Both courses are meticulously curated for learners ranging from elementary through high school, promising engaging and interactive experiences through primary source documents, video content, and dynamic activities. These courses aim to impart vital knowledge about critical moments in history and foundational texts that have shaped American democracy.

The "June 6: D-Day" course offers an in-depth exploration of D-Day, marking the 80th anniversary of this momentous event. Students will delve into the historical context, significance, and enduring impact of D-Day on global democracy. The course provides an opportunity to examine President Reagan’s evocative speech on the 40th anniversary of D-Day, analyzing its impact on the nation and the world. By engaging with primary source materials and multimedia content, learners will gain a comprehensive understanding of this pivotal day and its legacy.

The "Charters of Freedom" course coincides with the unveiling of the Charters of Freedom Display at the Reagan Library on July 4th. This course immerses students in the profound history and enduring significance of America's foundational documents—the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.
