About the Opportunity 

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Officer looking for a new challenge? Based in West End, our client is seeking a talented individual to join their Finance team on a temp contract that will see you continue to grow your career in Government.

This is a part time role, working three (3) days per week. 

In this fast-paced and supportive environment, you'll have the opportunity to;

• prepare purchase orders in FinanceOne/Tech One
• process a high volume of invoices,
• assist with preparing monthly accruals,
• prepare financial information for routine reports and perform other finance and administrative duties.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

• Competent user of TechnologyOne/FinanceOne or similar large accounting software package
• Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Work experience in high-volume financial processing roles  
• Switched on, solutions focused and ready to make a difference.
