We are an established city based IT company looking for a full time, permanent IT engineer to work in the Melbourne CBD (our head office is in Sydney)..

We need a self motivated, intelligent, reliable support engineer who enjoys working independently and as part of a team , within an established and respected organisation.  The role will be split between working on site (clients Melbourne office) and working from home providing remote support to our clients across Australia.

You will have

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English as your primary language.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook 365 and Web browsers (Internet Explorer/Google Chrome).
• Experience in supporting laptops, laptop imaging using PXE, multi-function printers, basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in supporting video conferencing systems or willingness to learn on Audio/Visual studio operations.
• Minimum 1 year desktop/service-desk and onsite support experience, working with a ticketing system.
• Minimum education- IT degree..
