He has held prominent positions including serving as the Dean of the Yale School of Management and as an undersecretary of commerce for international trade in the Clinton administration. Ina and Jeffrey are often seen together on Garten's show and she even wrote a cookbook titled Cooking for Jeffrey in 2016.
