I knew I'd like this cause it's so well rated and it's Satoshi Kon but man do I love it! This will leave you second-guessing but is also dense with visual and semantic cues as to what is really going on, it's genius!
Great movie about paranoïa and schizophrenia, mixed with "mise en abîme". Prepare to not be sure what is real or not.
I don't like anime but I love psychological thrillers that question the sanity of the main character and the audience (like Black Swan), so I love this
There is no way that this is scary gory or anything to the degree of anything but a cartoon from AdultSwim. 1 skull for the Anime artwork. other than that...
