They were building the characters up to become more than friends once Angie worked out that her friend was into her. A little disappointing that nothing happened, not even a kiss. But all up the movie was great, I absolutely enjoyed it. The ending when they got to the doors made me think, what if the world was in hell and this was a way out. Finally my thoughts were proven right as the final camera pan upwards revealed a huge maze with others trapped and a giant portal in the air. It would make sense that behind the doors was heaven. Angie even said she could feel that her nephew was on the other side waiting. I'm not much for religious movies but this one is a must watch.

I expected the girls to at least share a kiss. Although the film was pretty good. The ending revealed what I already expected once the camera began the final pan upwards revealing a maze. They are all in hell and the door that the 2 leads went through at the end was heaven. Angie even said it "he is waiting for me on the other side, I can feel it". For a movie like this it would make perfect sense to end it in that manner.

i really enjoyed this one. visually, i loved the pmay with colors. i appreciated the characters, although the "good girl" was at times borserline campy and stereotyoical, the stereotype had its role in her development if the movie. i thought the way the story showed the characters trying to escape the place they were trapped was done really well, and i loves the creatures in the film.
