Blood Machines
Two space hunters are tracking down a machine trying to free itself. After taking it down, they witness a mystical phenomenon: the ghost of a young woman pulls itself out of the machine, as if the spaceship had a soul. Trying to understand the nature of this entity, they start chasing the woman through space. A SHUDDER ORIGINAL SERIES.

Amazing artistry, there are some feminist tones in there as well which culminates in todays and tomorrows advancements and use of AI. What is the meaning of a soul, do you have to be made of human matter to have one or do you just need to have feelings. My only critique is that there are not more episode this is a rather original concept and hard to find these days, I would absolutely like to a explore this universe a great deal more
