Proving once again that “the drive-in will never die,” iconic horror host and exploitation movie aficionado Joe Bob Briggs is back with a new season Fridays on Shudder TV and Sundays on demand. Every week, The Last Drive-In series offers an eclectic pairing of films, running the gamut from horror classics to obscurities and international cult favorites. And from time to time, special surprise guests will drop in on Joe Bob and Darcy the Mail Girl.

So far*, this season of TLDI has been STELLAR! Some really great movies and some really fun not-so-great movies and the Joe Bob & Darcy segments better than ever. PLUS, fantastic guests and interviews. I still miss the old double-feature format, but less and less so with each episode. I know there will still be Specials that will be double-features, but dang it, I still miss 'em! Maybe NEXT SEASON, they'll do a double-feature premiere. Fingers crossed 'til then.

*horror omg the typos…..horror is what low key put nz on the map which gave Jackson the funds to do what he did. His earlier films are literally sick. Hope you can review them!
Another fun one! That "birth" scene is an all-timer!
I want to see more faux-feuds like between Joe Bob and the director of Suitable Flesh; that was VERY funny and clearly unscripted. I like the episodes with organic, natural wit the best.
