2024 Copa America Odds & Betting Favorites: Favorites Argentina Face Colombia in Final
Ten men? No problem.

From the outset, Argentina have been arguably the best team this tournament. Lautaro Martinez netted twice against Peru to wrap up the group stage, ascending to the peak of the top goal scorer odds.
But it was another L. Martinez who provided Argentina's lone quarterfinal goal. Lisandro Martinez opened the scoring in the 35th minute, and that looked to be enough until Kevin Rodriguez scored in the first minute of stoppage time to level the game.
The showcase hero of the night was yet another Martinez, as goalkeeper Emil made two penalty kick saves to drag his nation to the semifinals.
Things went more smoothly for the defending World Cup champions in their semifinal match against Canada.
Julian Alvarez scored for the second time in the tournament after replacing Lautaro. Argentina picked up a comfortable 2-0 win against their northern opponents for the second time in the tournament. Incredibly, Messi found the back of the net for the first time.

Colombia opened with odds north of +1000, but, along with the pre-tournament favorites, are one of the two last two teams standings. Colombia eliminated Uruguay with a 1-0 semifinal victory despite playing more than half the game with 10 men.
Midfielder James Rodriguez recorded his sixth tournament assist against Uruguay, setting a record for the most assists in any Copa America. Messi set the previous record of five in 2021.
Sunday's match represents Colombia's first final in 23 years. They last reached the Copa final in 2001 when they won the tournament. Los Cafeteros has not lost in 28 straight international matches, a team record.
