Q: Can a booking be set up to allow for multiple timeframe options (Example: 15-30-45 minute increment appointments)?

A: No, you can only set one increment of time per booking. You could set it for 15 minutes and then instruct users to book 1-3 consecutive times to equal 30 or 45 minutes.

Q: Can parents/members book for more than 1 person at a time (siblings/friends in one lesson)?

A: Not at this time. The Bookings tool operates in a 1:1 relationship. We are working towards adding this capability in the future.

Q: Can instructors manage their own availability and schedule with the bookings tool?

A: Instructors can view their bookings if given appropriate permissions. However, only Administrators with bookings access can manage bookings. We are working towards additional privileges for the future.

Will there be reports available for visibility, reminders, payroll purposes etc?

A: Yes, the reports tab in the Bookings tool is able to filter the available information to help with these needs.

Q: Will the system send out automatic notifications or reminders to attendees of the bookings?

A: Not automatically, You can manually send an email to remind the attendee who booked or have them download the SportsEngine Motion mobile app. Future appointments will be visible on their home screen. We're developing a setting that will notify admins and instructors of a booking or cancellation.

Q: Can I use the tool with an existing HQ subscription?

A: No, you need to have a SportsEngine Motion site to use this at this time.
