Nothing's Tech Developments and CMF

Back in 2021, OnePlus' co-founder and former director Carl Pei introduced the world to Nothing, a startup tech company from the renowned innovator, looking to bring a different kind of experience in the modern age. Initially, Pei's company touted the new operating system for smartphones known as Nothing OS, a preview of what it has to offer for its first device.

A year later, the company launched its first smartphone, which offered a unique design with a transparent body, the Phone (1), released in mid-July 2022. Its first entry was faced with enormous acclaim by the company and early users, praising its Nothing OS offers as well as its performance, but it was released outside the US and was not officially available here.

The company later released the Nothing Phone (2) and its different generations of earbuds and later unveiled its new subsidiary, CMF by Nothing, which promised more affordable technology. Now that the CMF Phone 1 is here, the world is introduced to a new era from Nothing, centering on a modular smartphone that is now making waves in the market hours since it was dropped.
