It was only barely a month ago that the worlds of HBO’s teen drama series Euphoria and K-pop supergroup BTS collided after Jungkook’s Euphoria was soundtracked for the season finale — and Barbie Ferreira is weighing in on the momentous crossover.

In a new interview for them.’s latest cover story, Barbie talked about the show’s decision to include JK’s Love Yourself 結 Answer solo track, which played during the series finale when her character — the sardonic 1D fanfic writer turned cam girl Kat Hernandez — and Austin Abrams’s Ethan shared a kiss.

“I thought that was key,” Barbie told them. about the meta moment. “Jungkook’s iconic solo, ‘Euphoria,’ and Euphoria? It was so precious; a little K-pop, a little fandom.”

In fact, Barbie seems to be more than on board with the track — both in and out of the context of the show — as her certified Army moment went past Kethan’s storyline. Shortly after the episode aired back early in August, Barbie took to her Instagram account to share a few IG stories of herself listening to JK’s solo in her downtime.

“Who bopping euphoria by bts after last night .. cuz I am,” she wrote sharing a snapshot while taking a bath clad in cat ears. She then also shared a video of her actually listening (and lip-syncing) to the song simply adding, “Sh*t SLAPS.”

And, I mean, we couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
