As if we weren’t already counting down the days until the premiere Wednesday on Netflix, Jenna Ortega teased us with a trendy look that is so in character.

Stepping out for The Critics Choice Association's 2nd Annual Celebration Of Latino Cinema and Television, Jenna joined the sheer trend and wore a black dress from Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello. The delicate mesh fabric formed a dramatic silhouette, covering one shoulder with a fully covered sleeve that extended into a glove while the other side remained bare. Underneath, she wore a high-waisted two-piece, a nod to the 1960’s series where we first met Wednesday Addams.

On her feet, Jenna chose a pair of black platform heels. She opted for silver jewelry with a pair of earrings and a large statement ring. Also taking a note from the '60s, she highlighted her look with a dark red manicure and pedicure in true Wednesday fashion.

Taking it up a notch, Jenna wore her hair in a bun. Her face-framing strands accentuated her bronze-contoured cheeks, contrasted by her pink nude lipstick. And, of course, the look wouldn’t be complete without a dark smokey eye, highlighted by spider lashes.

Back in January, Jenna revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that she underwent a “physical transformation” to play the role of Wednesday. In addition to adjusting her mannerisms and cadence, she also said that she cut her hair and dyed it black. The transformation paid off because even Jenna’s off-duty looks are giving off some serious Wednesday Addams vibes.

But, of course, this isn’t the first time Jenna has worn a Wednesday-esque number. For the MTV Movie & TV Awards 2022, she also donned an all-black, gothic-inspired look. With all these stunning looks, we’re all the more excited to see all the costumes Jenna will wear on Wednesday when it premieres on November 23.
