ACCOMMODATIONS

The lodging features one bedroom with a king bed, a couch that pulls out a queen bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

The space is filled with antiques picked by Mike himself.

A description of the rental on the website reads: “This is the first time that fans of American Pickers get to see picks from the show that Mike has pulled out of barns and sheds across America presented as decor.

“The entire one-bedroom loft is located above a bicycle shop inside a two-story brick building dating back to 1857. The loft measures about 1,100 square feet, which for Mike was the perfect size to showcase his own one-of-a-kind, Americana style.

“Guests will appreciate how Mike has integrated items of different vintages and locales to create one cohesive look. The incorporation of natural pieces, like antlers and bison sculpture, partner well with the more Industrial rusted picks.

"Intentionally placed vintage signs delineate and organize spaces like the hand-painted, wooden sign outside the bedroom which reads 'Rooms for Tourists' or the double-sided turquoise 'City Cafe' sign picked in Alabama and now hanging over the kitchen island.”

The description also notes a mint green 1951 Vespa for guests to have “Instagrammable moments.”

Mike said of the space on the website: "There's so much to see and experience here. I wanted to create a space that allowed visitors to experience the charms of staying on Main Street in a small town.

“One of my favorite things is to look outside the 13-foot windows at the 1905 courthouse and hear the clock in the tower on top of it chime every hour. You can walk downstairs into the street and see the shopkeepers preparing to open for the day you can even smell the biscuits and bacon Puckett's is cooking up for breakfast."

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Customers who have visited enjoyed the space.

One commented on Google reviews: “Enjoyed a couple of nights before Thanksgiving in this really cool loft. The decor is from American Pickers, Mike Wolfe's finds. Loft belongs to him.

"Very nice kitchen, living room and comfortable bed and bath. Many steep steps may not be an issue for younger people. We got our exercise for sure. We will return.”

A second wrote in an online review: “This space is like staying in a museum but in the best way possible. It’s super comfy, clean and really well decorated with the coolest antiques/collectibles. The location is perfect for those wanting to check out the square. Highly recommend this listing!!!”

A third commented: “This place really feels special from the first step through the front door. We spent most of the time listening to the awesome vinyl collection on the record player. Never even turned on the TV.

A fourth said: “We had an excellent stay at Two Lanes Guesthouse for our 25th Wedding Anniversary! The place was clean, well-appointed and thoughtfully decorated!

TUNING OUT?

All of Mike’s businesses come as he’s "ready to retire" from the long-running hit show

A pal of Mike’s previously told The U.S. Sun: “I don’t know how long the show will last. I don’t know how long Mike and Robbie want to do this. I think they would like to retire at some point. It’s been 12 years.

“It’s a strain on your life. They’ve done this a long time. When they’re around it’s, ‘Ah we’re on the road again. I ain’t got time to do this, I ain’t got time to do that.’

“It’s a love-hate like with any job. Some days you don’t wish you had that job and you could do whatever you wanted. Some days you’re all excited about your job.”
