Former president Donald Trump will be facing off against vice-president Kamala Harris in the 2024 U.S. presidential election.
The unconventional race has seen President Joe Biden step down as the Democratic Party's presumptive nominee, and endorsed the vice-president to lead the ticket. Harris picked Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate.
Republican nominee Donald Trump chose Ohio senator and former critic J.D. Vance as his vice-presidential candidate.
Americans will head to the polls to elect the next U.S. president on November 5, 2024.
