Nikki Glaser came out swinging at the ESPY Awards ... cracking a ton of jokes at several athletes' expense -- and Scottie Scheffler's legal troubles were not off-limits.

The comedian brought out the big guns at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles while presenting the award for Best Male Athlete to "peak athletes who push their bodies to the limit and also a golfer."

She then apologizes to the golfer in question -- Scottie Scheffler -- saying she knows it's difficult to putt, chip and drive ... over a cop's leg.

England and the Netherlands fans were fighting even before their Euro 2024 semi-final matchup ever kicked off ... with supporters brawling in the streets of Germany before the big-time match-up!

Multiple videos showing Dutch and English fans getting into altercations were spreading all over social media prior to Wednesday's contest. In one video, fans are seen outside a bar and restaurant throwing punches, chairs, and bottles at each other.

All of this is happening in the City of Dortmund -- not too far from the Netherlands border. It is estimated that around 80,000 Dutch fans have descended on the city to support their team, with UK police saying groups of "risk supporters" are amongst the fans looking to cause problems.

Justin Timberlake was not intoxicated or otherwise under the influence during a concert last month -- this despite the internet thinking they found a gotcha clip ... TMZ has learned.

Sexyy Red got arrested in New Jersey this weekend for a minor offense -- but now we know she was part of a huge brawl, and video shows she appeared to be very much in the mix.

The rapper got thrown in cuffs and hauled off to jail early Saturday morning at Newark Liberty International Airport -- where cops say she and some people she was with got into a fight with another group ... something TMZ Hip Hop now has on surveillance footage.

An amateur golfer poked some fun at Scottie Scheffler's recent arrest by creating a parody of it at a local tournament ... and it was downright hilarious!!

According to one social media user, it happened this week at Wildwood Country Club in Louisville ... a few miles away from Valhalla Golf Club, where Scheffler was placed into custody back on May 17 for allegedly dragging an officer with his car.

Video shows that as guests were gearing up to hit the Wildwood CC course for a competition ... one of the members rolled up with a dummy dressed as a policeman strapped to his car.

The Michigan man who was caught driving while attending a Zoom court hearing over his suspended license says he was mortified by the incident, yet he should not have been sent to jail over it.

In a recent interview with 7 News Detroit, Corey Harris admitted he was "very embarrassed" during the virtual May 15 hearing with Judge J. Cedric Simpson because he has strong ties with his local church and community in Ann Arbor.

While on the recorded Zoom call, Harris was seen driving to a doctor's office with his license suspended as a stunned Judge Simpson revoked his bond on the spot and ordered him to the Washtenaw County jail.

Nicki Minaj's claims that cops went after her because of her race are under fire ... with the police organization calling BS on her telling of the situation.

Minnesota State Patrol tells TMZ Sports a trooper pulled over the 36-year-old defensive end for allegedly going 82 MPH in a 55 MPH zone in Minneapolis around 11:35 PM on Tuesday.

According to the criminal complaint, cops say they could smell alcohol in the vehicle -- which had two people inside -- and Griffen had "slightly watery eyes." When asked when his last drink was, he said around 1 PM.
