"We have to get married."
Kylo blinked and shift on the bed. Suddenly he wasn't so sleepy anymore.
"What?"
" For political reasons. To solidify our position as rulers. It will be well seen. "
"We have to get married, for political reasons." Kylo repeated slowly.
"That's what i just said. Why are you so slow today?" Hux huffed clearly annoyed. Kylo was staring at him for quite a while and then cleared his throat.
"Yeah... I... Is this a common practise on Arkanis? Or First Order... I mean political marriage."
"Of course. Why would people get married? You are being ridiculous. It is strategically beneficial for both of us can't you see it?"
"No. I mean... Yes i do see it but... "
"Good. Then we agree." Hux closed his eyes and rolled onto his side. Kylo was staring at his back for a moment and then laid down slowly. He couldn't sleep anymore.
Maybe he was still to naive but in Kylo Ren's world people married for love.
(to be honest i just come by this event today and whipped out this. I think it will be a series of really short scenes about the same Emperor Hux and his loyal knight Ren to fill every prompt. Hope you like it 🧡🖤)

finally something I can say I’m proud of. Basically I was bored, and procrastinating. And I told myself “you can draw things you like you just haven’t tried hard enough” so I decided take it slow, no rushing, it doesn’t matter if it’s good it’s just for fun so experiment. AND I DREW A FUCKING MASTERPIECE! Like I’m not even kidding, drawing this brought me to tears. Yes I exaggerated the height difference more than I intended but other then that no complaints AND I FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO DRAW KYLO’S HAIR (not that I remember what I did)
Anyway I hope you guys like it as much as I do, again I was planing on drawing clothes but it just didn’t happen bc shoulder freckles and collar bones, but I’m sure nobody’s complaining. I’m just glad these two can catch a break and finally look happy for once, and I didn’t hate the outcome. (Maybe I should stop looking at it or I’ll start seeing flaws 😰)
