I saw a STURGEON and sadly I took a video not a photo and so I can’t attach it in an ask but I can rb with it. Anyway there were two sturgeons in this pond and it was a Siberian sturgeon and a Russian sturgeon. I am ashamed to admit I initially mistook them for catsharks!

Sturgeons have a similar body plan to many sharks as a result of convergent evolution. They are evolved to cut through the water with a torpedo-like shape and their tapered rostrums both are covered with ampullae of lorenzini which they both use for hunting and navigation.

Coral catshark (Atelomycterus marmoratus)

Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii)
