If you're not ready to let go of Charlie (Glen Powell), Harper (Zoey Deutch), Kirsten (Lucy Liu) and Rick (Taye Diggs) from Netflix's Set It Up just yet, aren't alone. The wildly popular rom-com has been out for just over a week and members of the cast and crew already say they're down for a sequal.

"So ummm... do we get to make a second or wut @netflix," Deutch posted on Instagram the day the film premiered on Netflix. Director Claire Scanlon admitted that even during filming, the cast and crew were already workshopping ways to continue the story.

"We were joking about it on set," she told E!. "We really like these characters!" Scanlon revealed that writer Katie Silberman already has a few ideas in mind for a potential sequel including Harper and Charlie setting up friends at a wedding or centering the story on Rick and Kristen as they enter different relationships. However, Scanlon admitted she'd prefer to focus more on Kristen, who dumped Rick at the end of the movie and was looking ahead to the future.

"To me what would be interesting to see is Kirsten, where does she go next? The character Rick has clearly opened a door or her and made her realize, 'I'm worthy of a personal life and I deserve this.' I'd love to see where that goes. It'd be interesting to see where it goes," she said.

Set It Up is currently streaming on Netflix.
