The bad news is that we won't be getting Season 3 of And Just Like That... until 2025. The good news is that production on Season 3 of And Just Like That... is in full swing. And although Sara Ramírez's Che Diaz and Karen Pittman's Professor Nya Wallace won't be returning for the new season, the eclectic cast continues to grow. On May 1, Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed that And Just Like That... Season 3 has officially gone into production. While no specific dates have announced yet, Variety previously reported that the series is targeting a 2025 premiere.

And Just Like That... Season 3 cast

Mehcad Brooks, Jonathan Cake, and Logan Marshall-Green will join Season 3, all in recurring guest roles. Elsewhere in the cast, Sebastiano Pigazzi, who plays Anthony's boyfriend Giuseppe, and Dolly Wells, who plays Miranda's colleague Joy, have been elevated to series regulars.

Additionally, Cheri Oteri announced via Instagram that she had joined the cast. Rosie O'Donnell announced via Instagram that she had joined the cast as a character named Mary. Deadline also reported that Karen Pittman will not return as Professor Nya Wallace. Also exiting the cast in Season 3 is Sara Ramírez, who will not reprise their role as Che Diaz.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis will return for Season 3. It was confirmed that other cast members, like Mario Cantone, Sarita Choudhury, Evan Handler, David Eigenberg, Nicole Ari Parker, and John Corbett will be returning as well.

The real question is... was that brief phone call really the last we've seen of Samantha (Kim Cattrall)? For now, showrunner Michael Patrick King isn't promising anything: "Fans seem to be having their own expectations in such a micro way that I can't even get into the conversation," he told Variety. "I really thought it was a little treat, and I would never build any expectations on more."
