Kirstie Alley and John Travolta to Reunite on TV Land's Kirstie

Kirstie Alley will reunite with her Look Who's Talkingco-star John Travolta on her upcoming TV Land sitcom Kirstie, the network announced Tuesday.

On the show, Alley plays Madison Banks, a Broadway star whose life turns upside down when the son she gave up at birth (Eric Petersen) shows up and wants to reconnect. Travolta will return to television to play a stagehand on Maddie's Broadway show who won't leave her alone after a one-night stand.

"I'm excited about working with Kirstie again, in addition to such terrific talent on the show," Travolta said in a statement. "It's always a treat to be surrounded by people you respect so much both personally and professionally."

The two-time Oscar nominee joins a long list of other celebrities who will guest-star on the series, including Seinfeld's Jason Alexander, Kristin Chenoweth, Kristen Johnston and Cloris Leachman.

Kirstie premieres Wednesday, Dec. 4 on TV Land.
