MyCorporation is about average in the pricing of its plans. However, some features like EIN and registered agent services are included for free in other companies’ plans, while they are listed as add-on features with an additional price with MyCorporation.
Basic plan
At $99 plus the cost of state fees, MyCorporation’s basic plan will help business owners file articles of incorporation, create business documents including bylaws, sample minutes and stock certificates, and perform a name check to determine the availability of your corporation or LLC business name. Several companies like Active Filings and ZenBusiness will provide these services for free.
Standard plan
MyCorporation’s Standard plan is $124 plus the cost of state taxes. It includes everything in the Basic plan, as well as annual reporting. States require corporations and LLCs to report information about business activities, business locations and the business owner’s most current contact information annually.
Deluxe plan
The Deluxe plan costs $224 plus the cost of state taxes. This plan includes everything in the Standard plan, but adds the privacy and protection of an annual registered agent service. A registered agent will take care of the necessary legal documents required to keep your business in compliance.
Premium plan
At $324 plus the cost of state fees, MyCorporation’s Premium plan offers the highest level of service. Included in this plan are all the benefits of the previous three plans, plus a corporate maintenance package that comes with four business filings per year.
MyCorporation add-ons and optional features

Like most LLC services, MyCorporation helps you apply for your Employer Identification Number (EIN) once your business is formed. The nine-digit number is used to identify employer tax accounts. Copyright registration
