About Figo pet insurance

Figo was launched in 2015, offering accident and illness pet insurance for cats and dogs. Policyholders can also access Pet Cloud, which connects you with other pet owners wanting to meet up for activities and helps you find pet-friendly businesses in your area.

Figo pet insurance reviews are mostly positive, though some have frustrations with claims denials and the appeals process. While pet insurance policies are similar among insurers, there are exclusions you should pay attention to before purchasing a policy, so there aren’t any surprises on what’s covered and what’s not.
