Food fight in Spain
People battle with food during the festival of Els Enfarinats on Dec. 28 in Ibi, Spain. For 200 years the citizens of Ibi have staged a battle using flour, eggs and firecrackers outside city hall.

A costumed person sets off fireworks during the battle in Ibi. The food fight occurs between the Els Enfarinats group, which takes control of the village and fines people for violating ridiculous laws, and the La Oposicio who try to restore order. At the end of the battle the money collected from the fines are donated to charity.
