![J.D. Power has released its 2020 rankings for " mega, " " large " and " medium " airports across North America for overall passenger satisfaction. The satisfaction score, out of 1,000 points, is based on six factors from traveler surveys: terminal facilities; airport arrival/departure; baggage claim; security check; check-in/baggage check; and food, beverage and retail. The study was fielded from August 2019 to July 2020 This is the 15th year that J.D. Power has completed its North America Airport Satisfaction Study.
