Mystery Car 160: What is this old timer?

This week, we dip back into automotive history a bit for our Mystery Car. To us, it looks like any car that Pretty Boy Floyd, Bonnie and Clyde or Machine Gun Kelly would have loved to have gotten their hands on at just the right moment. To you, the name of it may be the on the tip of your tongue.
