Paris Hilton's boyfriend cited for battery in Las Vegas

After a scuffle in the wee hours of Monday in Las Vegas, police ticketed model River Viiperi, 21 and Paris Hilton's boyfriend.

Officer Laura Meltzer tells AP Viiperi was cited for misdemeanor battery and released after police were called about 3:30 a.m. Monday to the Wynn Las Vegas resort. Meltzer says a man complained that Viiperi hit him during an argument.

No serious injuries resulted, according to AP.

TMZ reports that what prompted the argument was Paris "making out" with the man's girlfriend. Yes, "girl-on-girl" action, says TMZ.

But it didn't stop the pair. Paris tweeted on Monday night that she and Viiperi were having "so much fun" at Justin Bieber's concert. "He's such an amazing performer!"
