Luke Bryan is "Hooked on It." Literally.

The country singer posted a video to Instagram Tuesday of a bait and hook attempt gone wrong. According to Bryan, while on a fishing trip with his guitar tech Russ, the singer's fishing hook got lodged in his thumb and pierced his hand.

The post was blurred with a sensitive content warning.

"Well, this is gonna leave a mark, pretty sure that's in my bone," the singer said while showing off the hook affixed to his hand.

Fellow country singer Jake Owen commented on his post making a call back to one of Bryan's songs off his "Kill the Lights" album.

"Leave it to me, I ruined the fishing trip but we'll be back on the water in about 25 minutes," Bryan said.

Eventually the hook was removed and hours later, Bryan posted a video of himself giving the camera a thumbs up.

"Got the hook out. We're back," Bryan said.
