Three months after rescheduling his North American arena tour, citing the recent birth of his second daughter, Chance the Rapper has pulled the plug altogether.

The charismatic Chicago star was set to reboot the tour in January with openers Lil Yachty and Taylor Bennett.

Writing Sunday, Chance announced the tour cancellation, once again citing family concerns.

"Hey guys I’ve decided to cancel the Big Tour. I know it sucks and its been a lot of back and forth with reschedules and rerouting, but it’s for the best," he wrote on social media.

"I’m gonna take this time to be with family, make some new music and develop my best show to date. I’m deeply sorry to anyone with a ticket who has supported me this past decade by coming to a show and rocking out with me and I feel even worse for anyone who was planning on making this their first Chance concert."

In September, Chance announced he was postponing the tour, originally scheduled for autumn, to spend time with his newborn daughter, Marli. He wrote that he'd regretted missing "some of the most important milestones" in the early life of his first daughter, Kensli, born in 2015 as his career was exploding.

Though most of the tour was rescheduled, with a Jan. 15 San Diego launch, several of the original markets were still awaiting new dates.

Ticket holders can obtain refunds at their point of purchase. If you purchased via Ticketmaster, refunds are typically applied to your credit card automatically.
