'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' reunion: KhloeÌ reveals plastic surgery, more bombshells
They totally went there.
Andy Cohen, not one to tip-toe around uncomfortable topics at a "Real Housewives" reunion or on his late-night Bravo program "Watch What Happens Live," didn't hold his prying questions back during the two-part "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reunion, which concluded Sunday.
âYou gave me no ground rules, so Iâm gonna go there,â Cohen warns series stars Kim Kardashian West, Kourtney and KhloeÌ Kardashian, and Kris, Kendall and Kylie Jenner before diving in.
The private Kendall confirmed in Sunday's conclusion she's dating Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns, explaining she keeps her romances private after seeing her sisters' relationships play out publicly. "No offense to you guys at all, but I think it was personal preference from a really young age," she says. "I think it makes my life a lot easier and our relationship a lot better, to be completely honest."
The family members also opened up about plastic surgery, rekindled romances, as well as relationships that had run their course, and so much more.

KhloeÌ Kardashian reveals she's had rhinoplasty
When Cohen asks about a narrative that is perpetuated but not true, KhloeÌ brings up the incessant criticism about her looks.
âEveryone says, 'Oh, my gosh sheâs had her third face transplant!' But Iâve had one nose job â Dr. Raj Kanodia," she says, giving a shout-out to the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. "Everyone gets so upset like why donât I talk about it? No oneâs ever asked me. Youâre the first person in an interview (who's) ever asked me about my nose.
"Iâve done, sure, injections â not really Botox. Iâve responded horribly to Botox,â she says.
The co-founder of Good American says her confidence comes in waves.
âWhen the show first started, I was very secure, very secure," she says. "Then, during the first couple seasons I became insecure because of the public opinions of myself. Then, I had a good run of being secure. Then, recently Iâve become now insecure again. So I guess it just goes up and down.â

Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick support each other's romantic relationships
Kourtney and Scott Disick, who share three children, ended their relationship in 2015. During the reunion, Kourtney identified Disick's substance abuse as her deal-breaker.
The eldest Kardashian sibling says today the two are âgreat friends and co-parents.â
The two have moved on to other romantic interests. Kourtney is dating drummer Travis Barker (and posting steamy PDA pics to social media). Disick, 38, is in a relationship with model Amelia Hamlin, the 20-year-old daughter of actors Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin.
Disick says the mother of his children and Barker have his blessing âI think if you really love somebody you want them to be happy no matter what," Disick says. "So I do give her a blessing to be happy.â
Kourtney also approves of her ex's new girlfriend: âWhoever would make him happy, I would give my blessing.â

How KhloeÌ feels about Jordyn Woods after rekindling relationship with Tristan Thompson
KhloeÌ says though she and her ex, basketball player Tristan Thompson, weren't an item during the show's final season, things evolved after building a friendship and successfully co-parenting their 3-year-old daughter True.
âIt just was this natural progression. And Iâm not saying thatâs what I would encourage other people to do, itâs just what naturally happened for him and I,â she says.
Thompson's infidelities made headlines and been addressed on past episodes of "Keeping Up," including an indiscretion with model Jordyn Woods, who was once best friends with Kylie.
KhloeÌ says she and Woods don't speak, but says she harbors no ill will. âI donât have any grudge against Jordyn," she says. "I think people make mistakes, people live and they learn. I forgive both parties.â KhloeÌ says she also wouldn't mind if Kylie resumed their friendship, but the youngest Jenner doesn't seem ready to make amends. "When she did something to my family, it felt like she did something to me," Kylie says.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's 'amazing co-parenting relationship'
When Cohen inquires about what contributed to the end of her nearly seven-year marriage to rapper Kanye West, Kim declines to give any details.
"I honestly donât think I would even say it here on TV, but it was not like one specific thing that happened on either part," she says. "I think it was just a general difference of opinions on a few things that led to this decision."
Today, the Skims founder says the two âhave an amazing co-parenting relationship" with their kids North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2. "I respect him so much," Kim continues. "That was my friend first and foremost for along time. So, I canât see that going away.
"I will forever be Kanyeâs biggest fan," she adds. "He's the father of my kids. Kanye will always be family.â

Explosive fights that almost didn't air
Kris wanted to remove a blow-up between Kim and Kourtney that played out during Season 18 in March 2020. But the fight over Kourtney's work ethic, which turned physical, happened in front of a network rep, which would've made leaving it out nearly impossible.
Kylie says she and Kendall tried to omit their heated fight which viewers saw in October 2020. Friction first arose over both wanting to wear an outfit and then escalated when Kylie wouldn't drive Kendall home.
"We're very free," Kylie says. "We let everything be filmed, and in the moment you're like, 'I'm never going to let this air on television.' But once those emotions go away and months pass, you're like, 'OK, it doesn't bother me as much.'"
For Kendall, watching the episodes triggers the return of negative feelings. "We literally fought again," the model says. "You relive all those emotions and that anger in a way."

A snub from Kris Humphries
Cohen transitions to the topic of Kim's ex-husband, former basketball player Kris Humphries, by pretending to bring him out on stage. "I would've died," Kim says, clutching her chest.
As it turns out, Kris says she tried to save her daughter from the marriage, which lasted only 72 days before Kim filed for divorce. Kim says the night before the 2011 wedding, her mom told her "Go. I'm going to put you in a car. No one will find you. Just leave, and I'll handle it."
But Kim worried about the reputation leaving someone at the altar would give her. "I thought, 'We're filming this for a TV show. If I leave, I'm going to be known as the runaway bride forever, and it's going to be a huge joke, and I think I just have cold feet.'"
By her honeymoon, Kim knew she shouldn't have gone through with the marriage. And when she began to feel suffocated by Humphries' large shoes lying about their hotel room, she knew her union needed to end.
"I fully broke up with him in the worst way," she says. Kim says she âabsolutelyâ owes her ex an apology, which she says she called him "for months" to deliver.
Kim also remembers how Humphries once gave her the cold shoulder when they ran into each other a hotel in 2015. "I had North in my hand and my big, huge belly. I was about to give birth to Saint," she says. "All of his friends got up and said hi to me, and he just literally looked at me and wouldn't even speak to me."
Kim was 'super desperate' for fame
Though Kim denied calling the paparazzi on herself, she copped to visiting places where she'd knew they'd be lurking.
"Anytime I would get hair and makeup for the show, there was no way I was going home and washing it off," she says. "I would stop off at The Ivy (restaurant) to pick up something to go, even if it was like some bread to go â anything â an empty bag. I would run in and pretend like âŠ... 'Did I leave my glasses here?' "
The beauty mogul adds: "I think people need to be more honest about those moments in life when you're just super -desperate and want that."

Motherhood intensifies Kim's regrets about her sex tape
When Cohen asks if she thinks the show would've been as successful at its 2007 launch without her sex tape made with her ex, singer Ray J released earlier that same year, Kim admits "probably not." While she hasn't had to address the tape with any of her four children yet, she has thought about that moment.
The tape is "something that I have to live with for the rest of my life," she says. "I try not to have any regrets, but it's probably the one thing that I wish didnât exist, and if I could erase any of the stupid things that I've done in life, that's probably it. And it's more so from being a mom than anything."
