There are few athletes who are as up front about their battle with mental issues than Metta World Peace.

And there are few groups better for handling problems head-on than children.

So when you mix the two you get some solid therapy sessions and some straight forward advice.

The Lakers star will be making a series of these videos.

The first episode is funny and illuminating at the same time. In fact, I've put some of these lessons into play already.
